Pineapples: Manganese, Vitamin C
Oranges: Vitamin C
Tangerine: Vitamin C, folate, Beto Carotene, B1, B2, B3, potassium, magnesium

Canned Pineapples (plus juice)
frozen banana
Recipe:
3/4 cup(s) orange-tangerine juice blend, chilled
1/4 cup(s) carrot juice, chilled
1 cup(s) frozen canned pineapple chunks
1/2 frozen banana, sliced
1 scoop Beyond Tangy Tangerine by Youngevity
Directions
In blender, combine orange-tangerine juice, carrot juice, pineapple, and banana and blend until mixture is smooth and frothy. Pour smoothie into 1 tall glass.
